Holds a Masters degree in Sciences from the Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the University of São Paulo (ICB-USP), with an emphasis on Muscle Plasticity. PhD in Adapted Physical Activity from the School of Physical Education at the University of Campinas (FEF-UNICAMP).Member of the Research Group on Physical Exercise and Neuromuscular Adaptations (GEPEFAN/UNICAMP), participating in the Strong Elderly Project. Also involved in the research and extension project Quality of Life in Oncological Patients. Coordinates research projects in the area of electrophotothermotherapy applied to musculoskeletal disorders, developed within the Physiotherapy program at UNIFAE.Currently serves as the coordinator and professor of the Physiotherapy undergraduate program at the Centro Universitário das Faculdades Associadas de Ensino de São João da Boa Vista (UNIFAE), where she works in teaching, research, and extension, with a focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, cancer physiotherapy, and innovation in therapeutic resources.
