Adjunct Professor at Information Science Department, Fluminense Federal University. She completed a Post-Doctoral Internship at São Paulo State University (2016-2017) with scholarship from CAPES. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Library Science (2007), a Master's Degree (2010) and a PhD (2014) in Information Science from São Paulo State University. She was a FAPESP scholarship holder throughout her academic education: Scientific Initiation, Master's and Doctorate. Her Sandwich Doctorate was developed at the School of Information Studies, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, under the guidance of Dr. Hope A. Olson, in 2012, with scholarship from CAPES. She is the vice leader of the Archives, Libraries and Knowledge Organization Research Group. She is interested in the following topics: Knowledge Organization; Knowledge Representation; Knowledge Organization Systems; Ethics in Knowledge Organization; Theoretical Foundations of Information Science.
