João Carlos Riccó Plácido da Silva

João Carlos Plácido is a professor at UFU (Federal University of Uberlândia); PhD in Design from UNESP (2017); Has a Master's Degree in Design from UNESP (2012); and a degree in Industrial Design from UNESP (2009); Taught for the Design and Architecture courses at the University of the Sacred Heart -USC (2017) and UNIP (2012). Participating in the Design Course Council and the Design and Architecture Structuring Development Center at USC. He worked on several graphic campaigns and advised the PFproDesign office on product development. Has experience in Industrial Design (Design), with emphasis on Visual Programming and Product Design, acting on the following subjects: design, graphic design, product design, informational ergonomics, design methodology, graphic branding, transportation, photography, innovation and manual design.
