PhD in Education from the Faculty of Education of the University of São Paulo (FEUSP), Master in Education from the Faculty of Education of the State University of Campinas (FE-UNICAMP). She is a specialist in Antarctic Affairs at the University of Magallanes in Punta Arenas, Chile. She holds a degree in Social Communication from the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo. She is a professor at the UFABC-Federal University of ABC in the Computer Science and Mathematics Degree courses. Specializing in technology-mediated education, her area of research, she has developed and implemented projects in the area of Distance Education, game development and the development of methodologies for the use of technologies in educational processes. He is a member of the research group INTERA - Intelligence in Educational Technologies and Accessible Resources, which he helped to found. In 2013, he founded InterAntar, a program for the dissemination of polar sciences that has served as a research laboratory on the application of technologies for dissemination and science education. In this program, she coordinates extension actions aimed at different audiences, such as teacher training courses, video production, podcasts, games, simulations and social media management.
