PhD in Sciences (Administration/Innovation) from FEA/USP, with a Master's in Organizational Management (Innovation) from FEARP/USP, a Bachelor's degree in Economics, and an MBA in Controllership and Finance. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in innovation environments at the Centre for Research in Change, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management (CENTRIM), University of Brighton/UK, where she later worked as a researcher. At CENTRIM, in collaboration with seven other European organizations, she developed and implemented a methodology to support small enterprises in the process of open innovation, applied in the UK, Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa. Additionally, she undertook a doctoral exchange program at SPRU University of Sussex, in Brighton/UK. Currently, she is a researcher and consultant in innovation management, with a specific focus on innovation habitats. Among other roles, she served as Superintendent of Innovation at the State Development Secretariat of Goiás/Brazil. She coordinated the Ribeirão Preto Technology Park project under FIPASE Advanced Health Cluster Institute Foundation. Between 2009 and 2010, she participated in the Strengthening Program of the APL (Local Productive Arrangement) for Medical, Hospital, and Dental Equipment in Ribeirão Preto and the region, helping companies achieve their innovative potential. She is part of the following research groups: Latin America STIP (Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy) at the Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP), University College London (UCL), the Center for Technological Policy and Management (PGT) at the University of São Paulo, and InGTeC Research Group on Innovation, Technological Management, and Competitiveness. Her main areas of interest include innovation ecosystems, innovation policy, innovation habitats, technology parks, financing of technology parks, and technological innovation.
