Dr ANTONIO ODAIR SANTOS has BSc in Agronomy from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (1987); received the master degreee in Plant Science from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1993), and PhD at same University (1998); he was post-doctoral fellow at California State University Fresno (USA) - Viticulture and Enology Research Center.
