Director founder of the Institute of Education and Animal Control (ITEC). Founder director of MVC Consulting (Public Health and Shelter Medicine). Member of the Board of the Brazilian Association of Legal Veterinary Medicine (ABMVL) and the Animal Welfare Brazilian Medical Veterinary (AMVEBBEA), Consultant national and international organizations. Researh area: Legal veterinary medicine, veterinary collective medicine (public health and shelter medicine), humanization of health services, animal welfare, canine and feline population management. Main areas: canine and feline population management and public health; theory of The LInk (human violence and animal abuse).
