Graduated in Physics from the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais (IFMG), with a Master's and PhD in Science (Physics) from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics - Brazil (ITA), specializing in Plasma Physics, Electrical Discharges, and their applications in Cold Plasma Technology and Plasma-Assisted Combustion. Also graduated in Accounting from the Estácio de Sá University Center.Currently, I am a Combustion Research and Development Specialist at Solum Ambiental, leading projects focused on the development of equipment for the thermal treatment of solid waste. My work includes thermochemical analysis, thermal process diagnostics, and the enhancement of burners for industrial processes. The aim of this work is to study the mechanisms of conversion of tar and CO2 in the synthesis gas (SynGas, a mixture of mostly CO and H2) by gliding arc plasma at atmospheric pressure under different oxidizing media (steam, air and oxygen).
