Graduated in Environmental engineer from the Educational foundation of Fernandópolis (2009), Master in agronomy from Universidade Estadual Paulista Campus Isle Solteira (2012) and PhD in agronomy from Universidade Estadual Paulista Campus Jaboticabal (2015). He is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Rio Verde (UniRV) with classes in undergraduate, postgraduate and Masters courses. I work as Ad-hoc reviewer in ten journals with opinions in the area of irrigation, agroclimatology and management of hydrographic basins. The main activities developed are focused on agroclimatology, irrigation and the Hidro-agrícola and environmental planning of hydrographic basins with emphasis on agroclimatology, reuse of wastewater treated for the purposes of (Ferti) Irrigation, irrigation management and water quality. One of the works of national repercussion was the software system for management of irrigated agriculture-SMAI (version 1.0 and 2.0) which can be obtained through http://clima.feis.unesp.br/smai.
