She holds a PhD in Applied Statistics from Unesp (2025), a PhD in Production Engineering from the UFSCar (2010), a Master's degree in Physics Applied to Medicine and Biology from the USP (2002) and a degree in Mathematics (1997). She is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Production Engineering and the Graduate Program in Production Engineering at UNESP-Bauru, where she teaches and researches topics related to Statistics and Operational Research. She has experience in Production Engineering, with an emphasis on Stochastic Processes and Queueing Theory, working mainly on the following topics: non-stationary queuing systems, hypercube model, simulation and multicriteria decision models.
