Completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of São Paulo (USP). Associate Professor IV in the Department of Physical Therapy at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), Baixada Santista Campus. Holds a PhD in Sciences and a Masters degree in Rehabilitation from UNIFESP, and a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo. Previously served as Coordinator of the Undergraduate Program in Physical Therapy and as Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Human Movement Sciences and Rehabilitation at UNIFESP. Has maintained continuous experience in graduate supervision since 2010, having supervised students in the Interdisciplinary Program in Health Sciences at UNIFESP (20102017) and currently in the Graduate Program in Human Movement Sciences and Rehabilitation at UNIFESP, where serving as a faculty supervisor since 2017. Research focuses on biomechanical analysis of the lower-limb kinetic chain, with emphasis on the effects of interventions in different populations presenting gait and running alterations, as well as on clinical decision-support systems and evidence-based practice.
