Carlos Miguel Tobar Toledo

Graduated at Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação from Universidade de São Paulo (1978), Master's at Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1989) and PH.D. at Electric and Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1998). Acted as postdoctoral fellow at University of Colorado at Boulder (2002-2003) in the L3D. Was researcher and professor at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas with exclusive dedication. Has experience in Computer Science, focusing on Intelligent Systems and Basic Software, acting on the following subjects: computational intelligence and operating systems.
