Alberto Augusto Eichman Jakob

PhD in Demography (2003), master in Agricultural Engineering (1999) and Graduate in Statistics (1994) from University of Campinas (Unicamp). Researcher of the Population Studies Center (Nepo), Coordinator and Professor of the Graduate Program of Demography of the University of Campinas. Coordinator and President of the Scientific and Superior Council of Nepo from 2017 to 2021, Coordinator of the workgroup of Migration of the Brazilian Association of Population Studies (ABEP) from 2015 to 2018. Also is Researcher of CNPq and has experience in Demography, focusing on Spatial Redistribution of Population and Geoprocessing, working with the following themes: migration, residential mobility, spatial mobility and spatial segregation of population.
