Selene Siqueira da Cunha Nogueira

Full professor at Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz-UESC, Ilhéus, BA. Ethologist, master (1992) and PhD (1997) in Experimental Psychology by Universidade de São Paulo. Visiting professor at University of Hawaii at Manoa, USA (2005-2006), Universté de Liège (2016, grant from UdL) and University of Bristol (2017-2018, grant from CAPES). IUCN specialist membership of Pigs, Peccaries and Hippos. Has experience in social behavior, environmental enrichment, animal welfare, animal communication.
