Graduated in Physics at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2002), MSc (2004) and PhD (2008) by the Department of Physics at Federal University of São Carlos - UFSCar and postdoctoral degree at Physics Institute of São Carlos - USP ( 2008) and at Sorbonne Université (2019). Currently works as Associate Professor in Department of Physics at UFSCar, conducting studies on electronic and structural properties of materials, such as semiconductor oxides and ferroelectric perovskites, by means of spectroscopic analyzes, including Raman spectroscopy, photoluminescence and absorption spectrophotometry. In recent years I have also dedicated myself to studying physical effects under extreme thermodynamic conditions using spectroscopic techniques.
