DBA from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Master in Public Administration and Government from Fundação Getulio Vargas - SP and graduated in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of Osasco (1998).Works in the area of #8203;#8203;Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Governance in topics such as: profile, cognition and vision based on attention, social business, digital technologies. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Federal University of São Paulo, leader of the SEMEAD track: "Applied Articles in Public Management" (since 2014), co-leader of theme 7 Organization and Management of Public Services, in the APB area of #8203;#8203;ENANPAD (2019), Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Debates in Public Administration - RIDAP (since 2017), was head of the Department of Administration (2017-2020), President of the Board of Trustees of UNIFESP, coordinator of the Graduate Studies Chamber, coordinator of the Graduate Program (sensu stricto), coordinator of Undergraduate Studies in Public Administration.
