Paulo Cesar Lima Segantine

He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (1984), a master's degree in Civil Engineering Transport from the São Carlos School of Engineering, University of São Paulo (1989) and a doctorate in Transport Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1995). He is currently Associate Professor 3 (MS5 3) at the São Carlos School of Engineering, University of São Paulo. Furthermore, he has experience in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on Transport Infrastructure, working mainly on the following subjects: Global Positioning System, Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems and Neural Networks.
