Regina Ferreira Vianna

Full Professor at the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil (UFBA), PhD from The University of Leeds, UK (1995), Master in Chemical Engineering from UNICAMP, SP, Brazil (1991), Specialist in Separation Processes, UFBA (1985), Specialist in Petrochemical Processing Engineering, UFBA (1984) and graduated in Chemical Engineering, UFBA (1984). She was Vice-Director of the Polytechnic Institute of UFBA (2014-2018), coordinated the Collegiate of the Chemical Engineering Course (2008-2010), implemented, coordinated and served as Advisor to the General Directorate at the regional office of the National Petroleum, Natural Gas Agency and Biofuels in Bahia (2000-2007) and worked as Process Engineer at Nitrofertil (1994-1998). She is currently a professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at UFBA and a researcher in the Graduate Program in Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Bahia (PPEQ / UFBA).
