Carlos Alberto de Oliveira Fernandes

Graduate at Engenharia Elétrica from Universidade de Brasília (1982), master's at Electric Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1985) and ph.d. at Electric Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1999). He is currently senior researcher at the National Institute For Space Research. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Symposium for Excellence in Management and Technology since 2005 and the Referee ENEGEP and the National Congress of Management Excellence.
