EdMaster in Ed. Psychology by the University of Illinois, USA. Clinical Psychologist and Bachelor in Psychology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Research Professor sponsored by Brazil's CNPq-National Research Council at the Psychological Medicine and Psychiatry Department, State University of Campinas (UNICAMP; 1996-1998). Since 1998, Director of the ITC-Instituto de Terapia Cognitiva, active in cognitive therapy clinical services, training, research, and consulting/cognitive coaching, in Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil. Presently, Coordinator of the Cognitive Therapy Specialization Program, accredited by Brazil's Federal Psychology Council and Honorary President of ABPC-Brazilian Association of Cognitive Psychotherapy, founded in 1997.
