Leda Machado, has almost 25 years developing work in the area of Human Resources, as executive, consultant and academic. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology (recognized by the University of São Paulo) and a Master in Urban Development Planning, both from the University of London. She graduated in Architecture and Urbanism. As a teacher and researcher, she has always been interested in issues of the organizational universe, especially New Learning Organizations; Psychological Safety; Analytical e Critical Thinking; Diversity and Inclusion e Gender/s. Regarding Gender she published two books and several articles in scientific journals. She was awarded the Young Sociologist Award by the International Association of Sociology in 1994 with a Work on Gender. Her research interests are related to Organizational challenges, Strategic People's Management, Leadership; Organizational Culture and Ethics; Governance and Diversity and Inclusion. Themes that she also works in your consultancy. She was a lecturer of undergraduate and MBA at FGV EAESP; at the International MBA of the FIA; at IBMEC São Paulo (now Insper); IBMEC Rio MBA and at the FAAP MBA. She lectured subjects of the areas of Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Management, People?s Management, Leadership, Culture and Ethics. She designed, coordinated the EDP Program in Strategic Management of People of HSM and ministered the module of People?s Management. She is currently the Head of Organizacional Development, Brain Business Schoo. President Director of LMachado Organizational and Professional Development. A Consulting company focused on Organizational and Professional Development Programs. The consultancy work is focused on Organizational Design, Culture Management, Diversity Management, Compensation, Ethics, Governance, Executive Education, Engagement, Change Management, HR Restructuring focusing on its strategic role, organizational diagnosis and coaching. She was President of the Board of Greenpeace Brasil from 2014 to 2016. She was Director of Human Resources for multinational and national companies, with regional responsibility (Latin America), among them: Infosys, American Tower, Eaton Corporation; Emerson Network Power; Deloitte Consulting, Ernst & Young and OESP Media.
