Elza Fátima Rosa Veloso

She is a Habilitated Professor, PhD (with post-doctoral), Master and Graduated in administration. She graduated from Universidade São Judas Tadeu (1991), with a master's degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), with a CAPES scholarship (2003). He did a Sandwich Doctorate at FEA-USP / Northern Illinois University, with a doctorate degree obtained at the Faculty of Economics, Administration and Accounting of the University of São Paulo (2009), the same institution where he carried out her post-doctorate, with a FAPESP grant (2015), and the habilitation degree (2017). In 2008, she completed a PhD Internship, with a CAPES scholarship, at Northern Illinois University (NIU) and attended the discipline Organizational Behavior, at PhD level, at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Currently, she is part of the committee in the area of Public and Business Administration, Accounting Sciences and Tourism for the four-year evaluation of CAPES. She is a professor of the Professional Masters in Business Management and of the Graduate Course in Administration at the FIA Faculty of Administration and Business, where she is also Coordinator of the Careers Center. At the same institution, she is Executive Coordinator and professor of the Program of Studies in People Management (PROGEP), in which she coordinates the process of preparing monographs, conducts the Career and Succession module in the pos graduate courses and the Individual Career Planning discipline in the MBA-HR. She is also a lato sensu undergraduate and graduate professor at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, in subjects related to People Management. At FEA-USP, she is a researcher on the topic Career Management, Leadership and Succession Process and, at PUC-SP, she is the second leader of the research group Work, Career and Technology. The partnership between these two institutions generated the four-monthly scientific publication, of which she is the editor, Revista de Carreiras e Pessoas (ReCaPe), indexed in the Qualis / CAPES system. He has management experience in the banking sector and academic experience in the business area, with emphasis on Human Resources, working mainly on the following topics: career management, work and technology, leadership, succession process, organizational behavior, people management and methodology of scientific work.
