In this master's project we are interested in the connections between classical quantification theory and modal quantification theory, particularly the quantified version of S5.
B.A. in Philosophy, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro; Ph.D. in Philosophy, University of London. Currently Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of São Paulo. In this internship proposal we are interested in going to the Graduate Center at the City University of New York to advance our ongoingresearch in modal logic. The main focus of the research will be on first-order modal logic, particularly the quantied version of S5. (AU)
