B.Sc. in Biochemical Pharmacy and M.Sc. in Bioscience and Biotechnology from School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, São Paulo University State (UNESP). Has experience with research in molecular and cellular biology of microorganisms, having worked in this field at an undergraduate research project (financed by São Paulo Research Foundation, FAPESP, fellowship) and at M.Sc. research project (financed by Coordination of Superior Level Staff Improvement, CAPES, scholarship). Studied at University of Bristol as part of a study abroad program (financed by National Council for Scientific and Technological Development, CNPq, scholarship), where also worked in a molecular biology undergraduate research project.
