Researcher with a background in Bioinformatics and experience in various areas of computational biology. Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from USP (2016), with a Master's degree in Biotechnology from UFES (2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from UEMG (2009). Experience in omics data analysis, development of analysis pipelines, creation of databases and data visualization and query tools, programming (Python, R, Bash), use of artificial intelligence for biological data analysis and information extraction from scientific articles. Participation in innovative projects such as DNA data storage and discovery of microbial enzymes for biotechnological applications.
