Graduated in Law at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP), in Franca's campus (2011-2015). Currently is studying Specialization in Software Engeneering at PUC-Rio and works as a public server at Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ), working as law and tech advisor in the subject of lawtech. Former criminal lawyer and consultant with experience in more than 3600 cases, including criminal procedures and consultancy in criminal law, algorithmic law and personal data protection. Former public server of Ministério Público do Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ), working as legal assistant, product owner, team manager, algorithmic compliance (ethics and legal) analyst and legal and privacy designer. Former member of the compliance committee of MPRJ. Former colaborator of ENCCLA (Brazilian association with GAFI and group Egmont) 2020, Action 11 (public transparency), and ENCCLA 2021, Action 8 (big data and artificial intelligence: uses to fight against corruption and money laundering), both representing the MPRJ.
