Former criminal lawyer and consultant with experience in more than 3600 cases, including criminal procedures and consultancy in criminal law, algorithmic law and personal data protection. Former public server of Ministério Público do Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ), working as legal assistant, product owner, team manager, algorithmic compliance (ethics and legal) analyst and legal and privacy designer. Former member of the compliance committee of MPRJ. Former colaborator of ENCCLA (Brazilian association with GAFI and group Egmont) 2020, Action 11 (public transparency), and ENCCLA 2021, Action 8 (big data and artificial intelligence: uses to fight against corruption and money laundering), both representing the MPRJ. Former paid researcher of CNPq (Master Degree - GM), UCLM (specialist and master in compliance), FAPESP - undergraduate (2013-2014), PIBIC/CNPq - undergraduate (2015) and UNESP - undergraduate (2015).Works with law and technology, focusing on criminal law, compliance, data science, new technologies, legal design and Agile for software development.
