Researcher in the field of Education, with an emphasis on Educational Policy, Educational Management, Psychoanalysis and Education, and the Implementation of Educational Policies. Holds a Masters and Ph.D. in Education from the Department of Policies, Administration, and Educational Systems at the State University of Campinas DEPASE/UNICAMP (2005-2012). Completed a Post-Doctorate at the School of Education of the University of São Paulo - USP (Fapesp Project 2013/02840-6) from 2013 to 2016, under the supervision of Dr. Leandro de Lajonquière.Worked as a coordinator and psychologist in socio-educational programs for children and adolescents alongside the executive branch of the municipality of Piracicaba (2002-2005). Was a professor at the Methodist University of Piracicaba (2009-2013). Associated Researcher at the Center for Public Policy Studies at the State University of Campinas (NEPP/UNICAMP); member of the National Association of Educational Policy and Administration (ANPAE) and the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Education (ANPED).In 2018, envisioned and implemented the Graduate Program in Education, Subjectivity, and Psychoanalysis at Universidade Ibirapuera/SP. Currently teaches and is the vice-coordinator of the Graduate Program in Education (PPGE) at Universidade Cidade de São Paulo (UNICID). Also teaches in the Professional Master's Program in Educational Management (PPGP-GE) at UNICID. Served on the Ethics and Research Committee at UNICID.Participates in international research networks: REIPEGE - International Research Network on Educational Management; Lusophone Network of Educational Policy and Management; and RUEPSY - International University Network for Studies in Education and Psychoanalysis. Leader of the Research Group on Educational Management and Evaluation at CNPq. Also a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the online indexer "Educ@", developed by Fundação Carlos Chagas (FCC), and an editorial member of the journal Educação Temática Digital (ETD School of Education/UNICAMP).Among his intellectual and technical productions are the articles:Social Policies for Child and Adolescent Care in Brazil;Monetary Incentives for Teachers: Evaluation, Management, and Accountability in Basic Education;Current Contributions to the Study of Educational Policy Implementation;School Management and Democracy: What Do School Effectiveness Studies Teach Us?;Educational Assessment Device in Ceará: The (In)Visibility of Disabled Students;The Evaluative Furor as a Social Symptom of Brazilian Education?;The Production of School Failure and the Evaluative Furor: Does the Subject Resist?;Public Policies for Early Childhood Education and the Right to Education;Literature Review on School Accountability Studies in Brazil; among others.Supervises internships in the educational field and psychotherapy internships in the undergraduate psychology program at Universidade Cidade de São Paulo.
