PhD (2016) and Master (2008) in Performing Arts by the School of Communications and Art at the University of São Paulo. Graduated (2001) in Journalism from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, she specialized (2005) in Cultural Journalism at PUC-SP. She entered the artistic area in 1982 and has worked in the professional theater since 1993 and, after seven years, migrated from work as an actress to specific research in the area of costume design. She is the author of the book-report "Dressing the nudes-the costume design in the scene" (Ed. Senac Rio, 2004), in which she contextualizes the importance of the costume designer. Professor in the MA Scenography and Costume Design at Centro Universitário Belas Artes, the Art Direction MA at Centro Universitário Senac in São Paulo, and the MA in Scenographic Design at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Organizer and editor of several publications in the scenographic area. Acts as an organizer of national and international events, curating Brazil at the Quadrienal de Praga (2011, 2015), curating and organizing spetial events at the World Stage Deisgn (2013, 2017), as a lecturer and guest professor at international universities, such as Aalto University, in Finland (2018). She acts mainly on the following themes: costume design, journalism, theater - brazil - history, theatrical scenography, biographies and philosophy. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
