It has experience in Aeronomy, acting mainly in the following subjects: airglow, planetary waves, middle and upper atmosphere dynamics, general circulation models, neutral-ion coupling via atmospheric waves. It was professor at Universidade Federal do Oeste da Bahia (UFOB) and Universidade Federal do Recôncavo da Bahia (UFRB). Currently is an adjunct professor at Universidade Federal de Campina Grande.
