I. Dalmolin obtained her B. Sc (2007) degree.in Food Engineering from the University Regional Integrated of Alto Uruguay and Missions Campus Erechim, a M. Sc (2009) and a Ph.D. (2013) degrees in Food Engineering from the University of Campinas. In 2014 she completed her postdoctoral degree in Chemical Engineering also from the University of Campinas. Acting mainly in the study of phase equilibrium at low and high pressures. She is currently a professor at the Federal Technological University of Paraná Campus Francisco Beltrão.
