Postdoctoral researcher and bioinformatician at the Laboratory of Immuno-inflammation, University of Campinas (UNICAMP), working in collaboration with the experimental team on projects that integrate immunology, cell biology, and bioinformatics. Develops and applies computational methods for single-cell transcriptomics (scRNA-seq) data analysis, with an emphasis on multi-omics data integration, systems biology, and functional interpretation. Experienced in the use and development of reproducible pipelines in Python, R, and Bash.Currently investigates neutrophil differentiation, maturation, and functional heterogeneity in the context of intestinal inflammation, using murine data generated by the group to characterize maturation trajectories and functional states, integrating differential gene expression analysis, functional enrichment, and regulatory network inference. Additionally, participates in projects involving skin and intestinal epithelium, with emphasis on the transcriptomic characterization of different skin phototypes using scRNA-seq technology, aiming to increase the representation of samples in biomedical and cosmetic research.
