Graduated in Pedagogy from the University of São Paulo (2016), holds a Master's degree in Education from the School of Education at USP (2020), and is currently a PhD candidate in Education in a cotutelle program between USP and Université Paris 8. A graduate of CEFAM (2002), he works as a teacher in early childhood and elementary education in the São Paulo municipal school system, having held school management positions between 2022 and 2024. His research focuses on teacher responsibility, authority, and professional identity, with an emphasis on teacher education and the daily life of schools, drawing on the works of authors such as Hannah Arendt, Jacques Rancière, and Paul Ricoeur.
