CV Lattes ORCID

Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). Faculdade de Engenharia Civil, Arquitetura e Urbanismo (FEC)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

PhD in "Architecture, Technology and City", from UNICAMP, focusing on technologies applied to architectural design. Architect graduated from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2014), carried out undergraduated research at FAPESP, focusing on optimizing insolation-responsive roofs through parameterization, and research at Self Assembly Lab / MIT with a BEPE/FAPESP scholarship, where he worked with self-assembling materials (4D printing) and development of new materials for FDM 3D printing. He completed his master's degree in the "Architecture, Technology and City" program at UNICAMP (2017), focusing on optimizing thermal and structural performance in tall buildings with complex shapes. He completed his doctorate in the same program (2023), focusing on the use of robots in architecture, resulting in his doctoral thesis "Robots in architecture: design for manufacturing and assembly". He taught in postgraduate programs: Digital architecture and parametric projects (Fine Arts) and Parametric design in architecture (PUC-Minas). In addition to free courses and workshops (AA Visiting School 2018) and in colleges (UNICAMP, Anhanguera Limeira). In addition to academic duties, he works on projects and consultancy in the area of #8203;#8203;generative design, focusing on artificial intelligence applied to design, parameterization of architectural design, optimization by genetic algorithms and rapid prototyping in architecture (file-to-factory).
