Adriana Do Nascimento Araujo Mendes

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Music from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro/UFRJ (1987), a Master's degree in Master of Music from Syracuse University/USA (1991) and a PhD in Music from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas/Unicamp (2010). She has been a professor of the Music Course and the Postgraduate Program in Music at Unicamp since 2010. She has worked as a piano teacher, pianist in a choral group, chamber musician and music teacher at a private basic education school. From 2007 onwards, he began to dedicate himself more to Higher Education. He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Arts, with an emphasis on Pedagogy and Musical Didactics, Supervised Internship Guidance and Pianistic Pedagogy, working mainly on the following topics: Musical Education, Teacher Training, Pibid, Pedagogical Residency Program, Active Methodologies in Musical Education, Musical Education Inclusivity and Technologies in Musical Teaching. He leads the Interdisciplinary Group for Teaching, Research and Poetics in the Arts (GIEPPA) at CNPq and is part of the Group of Technologies Applied to Musical Creation, Expression and Teaching.
