Master of Law from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, with a Certificate of Specialization in Law and Technology, and Master of Laws from the Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich, with focus in Fundamental Rights. Holds a Bachelor?s Degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (LL.B., 2014). Former scholarship holder from Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (FAPESP) and Programa de Estímulo ao Ensino de Graduação (PEEG) and member of USP?s Law, Internet and Society Group. Participated in an academic exchange program with LMU, on a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Worked as junior researcher at FGV DIREITO SP and as summer intern at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard Law School. Completed the Summer Doctoral Program of the Oxford Internet Institute and worked as head of the "Privacy and Surveillance" project at InternetLab, a law and technology research center.
