Master in Public Policy from Insper, with a major in Civil Engineering from the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (2017). Also studied at the University of Manchester, England, for a year as part of the Science without Borders Scholarship Program (2014-2015), and hold an Information Technology Technician degree from the Industrial Technical School "Prof. Isaac Portal Roldan". Received a FAPESP Scholar in Scientific Initiation during March and August of 2014 studying the Influence of the Angular Impulse on the Torque Measure in the SPT-T Test and PIBIC Scholar in Scientific Initiation from September 2016 to August 2017 analyzing the railway network in the São Paulo Metropolitan Region, in addition, done two Scientific Initiations without Scholarship - ICSB. Currently, I work as Data Coordinator at Instituto Sonho Grande, where I am responsible for systematizing educational data to generate new insights and promote a culture of evidence-based decision-making in the support provided to State Departments of Education. This work aims to strengthen and expand the Full-Time Education model, a public policy with proven learning benefits that currently impacts over one million young students. I also worked for two years at the Secretariat of Planning and Management of the State Government of Ceará, working on the implementation of the results-based management model (GpR) through settling, monitoring and evaluation of agreements and elaborating legal planning and budgeting instruments.
