Began her career in the field of Training and Development in Industry (chemical, metallurgical, graphic, white line) and, over time, such as HR and Quality Management System Coordinator extended the organizational psychologist scope in conducting organizational development programs and implementation of management systems (ISO 9001/14000). In 2012, after returning to academic life, acts providing services in different companies in development and training of people and organizations. Lab member VIDA (Experience Intra-písiquica and Ambiento-Organizational Development), participates in research projects on dimensions of organizational culture in Family Business teaching courses and lectures in companies and universities.
