I am a Brazilian anthropologist with a strong interdisciplinary background in the Social Sciences, specializing in Anthropology, Gender, Sexuality, and internet studies. I hold a BA in Social Sciences (2005), an MA in Social Anthropology (2008), and a PhD in Social Sciences (2015), all from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). As part of my doctoral training, I participated in the Summer Doctoral Programme at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford (UK).I have extensive experience in teaching and research, with numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes, both in Brazil and internationally. From 2013 to 2016, I worked as a project manager and consultant in the non-profit sector, focusing on social development initiatives.Between 2016 and 2020, I was a postdoctoral fellow (FAPESP-funded) in the Department of Anthropology at the University of São Paulo (USP) and a visiting professor in the Graduate Program in Social Anthropology at Unicamp (20172020). I also held a Visiting Scholar position at the Institute of Latin American Studies (ILAS), Columbia University in the City of New York (20192020). From 2021 to 2022, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Graduate Program in Social Anthropology at Unicamp.Currently, I serve as the Principal Investigator of a FAPESP Young Investigator Award project in the Department of Anthropology at USP, where I also coordinate LETEC the Ethnographic Laboratory for Technological and Digital Studies. I am an affiliated researcher at both the Department of Anthropology and the Graduate Program in Social Anthropology at USP (PPGAS-USP), where I supervise masters students.In addition, I am the coordinator of the Committee on Digital Anthropology and Science Communication at the Brazilian Anthropological Association (ABA), and of Anpocs Pública, an initiative of the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Social Sciences (ANPOCS).
