I hold a degree in Analysis and Systems Development from FATEC Ourinhos and a postgraduate degree in Project Management and Education, with over 6 years of experience in the technology field. My professional journey has been marked by strong involvement in IT technical support, systems implementation, network and infrastructure management, and more recently, in project and data management.Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented technological solutions aimed at continuous process improvement, using Python scripts for task automation and support scripts, contributing to resource optimization and increased operational efficiency. I have solid experience in Linux system administration, including virtualization and server implementation, as well as configuring and maintaining IP PABX, firewalls, and network security solutions.One of the areas where I have specialized the most is advanced technical support, assisting both internal and external clients in solving complex issues, performing diagnostics, and implementing continuous improvements in IT systems. This includes managing and analyzing databases, ensuring their integrity and optimizing performance, in addition to working with tools like HTML for documentation and creating technical manuals. I am highly proficient in creating clear and objective technical documentation, which is essential for the smooth operation of support and system implementation processes.Furthermore, my project experience includes requirements analysis, planning technological solutions, managing implementation, and coordinating teams, always with a focus on meeting client needs and delivering quality results.
