Oziel Duarte Morais

Holds a Ph.D. in Education from the State University of Campinas (2018), a Master's degree in Policy and Administration of Educational Systems from the same institution (2013), a Master's degree in Strategic Development from the Nazarene Seminary of the Americas (2011), a Bachelor's degree in Theology from the South American Theological Faculty (2009), a non-formal Theology degree from the Nazarene Theological College (2008), and a non-formal Diploma in Theology from the Nazarene Seminary of Cape Verde (2006). He is currently the Coordinator of Master's Programs at the Lusophone University of Cape Verde, President of the Pedagogical Council of the same institution, a researcher in the field of Education, Regional Education Coordinator for Portuguese-speaking countries of the Church of the Nazarene, Academic Director of the Nazarene Seminary of Cape Verde, and CEO and founder of the Cape Verdean Leadership Institute. He has experience in the fields of Education and Religion, working mainly on the following topics: higher education, postgraduate studies, leadership, international educational cooperation, the right to education, church development, and missions.
