Associate Member of the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning - CEBRAP. Graduated (1998) and PhD (2004) in Law from the University of São Paulo. He was Professor and Associate Researcher at the Getulio Vargas Foundation Law Schools in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo from 2002 to 2018. He was Fulbrigth / CAPES Visiting Scholar at Yale Law School (2003) and has specialized in the Professional Training Program of the CEBRAP (2000-01). Has experience in Law and Economics, focusing on legal sociology, sociology of economics and development economics, acting on the following subjects: economic regulation, antitrust, telecommunications, innovation policies and industrial policy.
