Francisco holds a master's degree and a bachelor?s degree in IR - University of São Paulo, Brazil (2014) and Universidad Catolica de Cordoba, Argentina (2010). He has experience in economics, with an emphasis in International Economics and International Economics Policy. He is specializing in the geopolitical consequences of the Chinese economic penetration in Latin America. His research has been sponsored by CNPq (PEC PG program) (2012-2014) and the Fulbright Fulbright Commission in Argentina (2009).
