Graduated in Geography from the University of São Paulo (1997) and holds a master's degree in Organization of Geographic Space from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2002). She worked as a consultant in Cartography and analysis of the physical and anthropogenic environment for the management of protected areas in São Paulo (1992-2005). In 2007, she joined the Secretariat of Environment, Infrastructure, and Logistics of the State of São Paulo (SEMIL) as a Scientific Researcher, then called the Secretariat of Environment of the State of São Paulo. She worked at the now-extinct São Paulo Forest Institute until 2021, when she transferred to the Center for Geosciences, Risk Management, and Environmental Monitoring of the Institute of Environmental Research, created from a state restructuring. Currently, she develops a line of research focused on Sustainable Ocean Development in the State of São Paulo. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
