Mariane da Silva Pisani

Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Northern Tocantins (UFNT). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC, 2007-2011). She was a Scientific Initiation fellow at the Núcleo de Antropologia Audiovisual e Estudos da Imagem - NAVI - from 2007 to 2010.In 2011 he entered the Master's program of the Graduate Program in Social Anthropology at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. During the period of 2011-12 he was a research fellow at the National Research Institute Brasil Plural. Already in 2013, she entered as a PhD student in the Graduate Program in Social Anthropology at the University of São Paulo (USP) where she developed research linked to the Center for Studies on Social Markers of Difference (NUMAS) and the Center for Urban Anthropology (NAU). From 2014 to 2017, she was a doctoral fellow at Fundação de Amparo a Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (FAPESP). He held a Research Internship Abroad (Jul to Dec 2016) at the University of Amsterdam.Currently develops research in the areas of Anthropology of Sport, Audiovisual Anthropology, Urban Anthropology and Gender Studies.
