Guzzo is a Brazilian designer, project manager, and multimodal researcher interested in interface design and how it mediates misinformation, cognitive bias, and ideology. He draws on his background in filmmaking, education, and social activism to build and maintain collaborative socio-technical platforms for imagination and cooperation. At the Berkman Klein Center, he is a Program Manager for the Institute for Rebooting Social Media focusing on the program design for the RSM Assembly Fellowship. Prior to the Institute, Guzzo was a Communication Manager for the Edgelands Institute and an instructional designer for various social impact initiatives in Brazil. He holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree from the University of California San Diego and a BA in Media Studies from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. His latest film, Third World Manager, considers the media democracy landscape of the Amazonian rain forest territory. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
