He has a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas - PUCCAMP (1992) and a postgraduate degree (lato sensu) in Foreign Trade from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV (1993) and in Economics and Law from UNICAMP (1995). He also has a master's degree in Education, Administration and Communication from Universidade São Marcos - UNIMARCOS (2000). PhD in Latin American Integration from the University of São Paulo - PROLAM/USP (2008), an interdisciplinary program whose thesis involved the area of Law. He was a professor at the Faculty of Law of the Centro Universitário Anhanguera (Campus Leme/SP), from 1995 to 2010, and at the Centro Universitário Dr. Edmundo Ulson (Araras/SP), from 2003 to 2010. Since 2010 to date, he has been a professor of degree in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), Faculty of Law of Ribeirão Preto, also teaching postgraduate classes at PECEGE/ESALQ/USP. He is deputy coordinator of the specialization course in Labor Law and Process at FDRP / USP. He is a "pro bono" advisor at the University Center of the Herminio Ometto Foundation (FHO / SP) and the São Paulo Association of Foundations (APF).
