Valério Rosset received the PhD degree in Electrotechnical Engineering and Computing from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto - FEUP (Portugal) in 2009. He is an associate professor at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA). His current research topics of interest are in the following topics: computer security, computer networks, cognitive networks and the use of disruptive technologies (e.g. AI and Blockchain) and optimization in the context of network communications and cybersecurity.
