Arthur Sant'Anna Feltrin

I am a Bioinformatician with an MSc (2016) and a PhD (2020) in Neuroscience and Cognition, both from Universidade Federal do ABC, Santo André, Brazil, and a BS degree in Biomedicine (2014) from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil. During my PhD, I developed an integrative pipeline capable of integrating data from transcriptome, methylome, genome-wide association studies, and protein-protein interaction networks to study schizophrenia, using co-expression and co-methylation networks. While completing my MSc at Universidade Federal do ABC, I used co-expression network algorithms to investigate both sexual dimorphism and gene network dysregulation in neurodevelopmental disorders.Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at Lieber Institute for Brain Development (Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Baltimore, USA), where I investigate the neurodevelopment, neuropsychiatric disorders, and brain aging using next-generation sequencing data, network analysis, and deep learning.
