Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto (Argentina, 2012), with the diploma officially recognized as Ph.D. in Sciences Biology of Host-Pathogen Interaction by the University of São Paulo (Brazil, 2019). Holds a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology Education from the Universidad Nacional de San Luis (Argentina, 2006), revalidated as a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences by the University of São Paulo (Brazil, 2020).Completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Microbiology, Immunology and Parasitology of the Federal University of São Paulo (Brazil, 20132018), and a postdoctoral research internship at the University of Oxford (United Kingdom, 2017). Also held postdoctoral positions at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (20182019) and at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences (20192023) of the University of São Paulo.Has experience in the fields of Parasitology and Biochemistry, with emphasis on cell signaling in Trypanosoma cruzi and Giardia lamblia; Molecular Biology of Trypanosoma cruzi and Plasmodium berghei; and Immunology, particularly in the development of subunit vaccines using recombinant proteins from Babesia bovis, P. vivax, P. berghei, and SARS-CoV-2.Worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Institute of Natural Resources of the Federal University of Itajubá (MG, Brazil, 2023).
