He has a degree in Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry of Araraquara - UNESP. He worked on several extension projects, including the "Science goes to school" project linked to the Araraquara Science Center. In the field of research, he researched in the area of the nature of science and is currently researching popular knowledge and the dialogue with scientific knowledge. He is a member of the Group of Studies, Research and Pedagogical Practices in Science Teaching and Environmental Education, based at the Faculty of Sciences and Letters of Araraquara-UNESP, under the leadership of Profa. Dr. Maria Cristina de Senzi Zancul and Profa. Dr. Alessandra Aparecida Viveiro. He is also a member of the Grupo Formar Ciências- based at UNICAMP. He is interested in Science Teaching and Environmental Education. He holds a master's degree in Science and Mathematics Teaching, through the Multiunit Program in Science and Mathematics Teaching - Unicamp. He was a professor of mathematics, chemistry and physics in public and private schools. He also taught at a higher level, in undergraduate courses in Biological Sciences, as a teaching internship fellow at UNESP and UNICAMP. He is currently a doctoral student in Science and Mathematics Teaching at the Multiunit Program in Science and Mathematics Teaching (PECIM), at the State University of Campinas-UNICAMP; and is also Municipal Secretary of Agriculture and Environment of the Municipality of Monte Alto-SP (2021-) (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
